Do you ship outside the UK?
Not currently — Eden Externals ships to UK addresses only. We'd rather be upfront about this than accept orders we can't reliably fulfil.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 6–8 business days in total, depending on the carrier and your location. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact info@edenexternals.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damage. We cover return shipping on damaged or incorrect items and will arrange a replacement or refund — whichever you'd prefer.

Can I return an item if I've changed my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in the condition it was received. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal, processed securely through Shopify's checkout.

Do your power tools come with a warranty?
Warranty terms vary by product and are listed on each individual product page. Contact our support team if you can't find the information you need for a specific item.

Is there a physical store I can visit?
Yes — our storefront is at 10 Swann Ln, Carlisle CA1 2GW. Online orders are also fulfilled from this location, so in-person collection may be available for local customers; contact us to arrange this.

How do I know which rake or shear is right for my garden?
Each collection description on our site outlines what the tools in it are best suited for, and every product page lists the specific conditions and jobs it's designed around. If you're still unsure, email or call us — we're happy to give a straightforward recommendation, even if it means pointing you to a cheaper option.

Are your cordless tools sold with a battery included?
Yes — every cordless tool listed on our site includes its battery and charger as standard unless the product page states otherwise.

How do I look after a cordless blower or shears over winter?
Store batteries at room temperature rather than in an unheated shed, and charge fully before extended storage to protect long-term battery health. Full care guidance is included on each relevant product page.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@edenexternals.co.uk. We can usually amend or cancel an order before it's processed for dispatch, but not once it has left our premises.

Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
